We provide Investigation, Risk Management and Advisory services in the areas of Child Protection, Misconduct and Professional Standards, including all forms of abuse, bullying and discrimination.

ESPC Services evolved from Lee, Kelly & Associates which for over 30 years has been involved in risk services and investigations.

We undertake investigations, reviews, risk assessments, and provide advice and training for a diverse range of clients across Australia and New Zealand:

• The non-Government school sector including Catholic schools, independent Christian schools, Anglican schools, Adventist schools, and others
• Child care and aged care providers
• Churches, community groups, sports agencies, and other not-for-profit agencies
• Government agencies at all levels
• Employers in connection with misconduct and personnel relationship issues

ESPC’s work is specialised and demanding. The cultures in which much of our business is involved, are different from the corporate sector.

ESPC also provides these services in adult environments - on issues including workplace relations, harassment, bullying and discrimination, professional standards, compliance and misconduct.
